When We first receive an inquiry about a renovation project a technicians with years of experience will be making an initial visit for site measurements and evaluations. Once we have all the information we need; we write an estimate that details the cost of the projects with fair accuracy.
After producing a preliminary drawing and estimate one of our designers will meet with client to present the basic design and layout of the room in case of any changes and help you pick the colours, textures and materials that reflect the client’s vision and the budget allocated for the project.
Once all the designs and materials are approved by the client the quote for the project will be fine-tuned and revised to show a more accurate cost of the project. At this stage the client will have the chance to make final adjustments to the project. Once everything is approved we will move on to contract which helps to protect all individuals and entities involve in the project.
After the contract and the initial deposit we will order all the materials for the project. There will be a roughly 1 month long wait time for the project to start. This ensures we have all the material and can properly prepare for the project to avoid any delays and unwanted expenses.
When everything is prepared and accounted for we start the project our renovation team will go to your property and start the demolition of the existing and prepare the space for the new fixtures finishing and materials and work everyday to finish the job to the highest standards.
